Personal information submitted through online will be treated in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disruptive behavior, late at night or early in the morning, any
other breaches of hotel atmosphere is not tolerated. Failure to comply
with this will cause penalties and fines.
In the case of force majeure resulting in the property being
rendered unsuitable for occupation, or if for any reason the
accommodation originally reserved is not available, the company
reserves the right to substitute a property of similar standard and
sleeping capacity.
Pets / animals are not allowed to carry inside the hotel premises.
Cancellation Policy :
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25% would be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50% would be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night would be charged.
